Polymetal says swings to $288 mln IFRS net loss in 2022
MOSCOW, Mar 16 (PRIME) -- Russian gold producer Polymetal International posted a net loss of U.S. $288 million in 2022 after a net profit of $904 million in 2021, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a statement on Thursday.
Revenue decreased by 3% on the year to $2.801 billion in the period, and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) fell by 31% to $1.017 billion.
